保持耐心

YTT已经过去一半了 我们在过去的近2个月里面不断练习着基本的呼吸法拜日式,一天又一天重复同样的练习。如果是YTT之前,我一定觉得这很无聊,但是经历了YTT之后,发现其实每次练习都不一样,每个动作都还有进步的空间,每次呼吸都可以做得更加到位。 生活当中总会因为工作,家庭各种各样的琐事把自己搞得烦躁不安,静心貌似是一件很难得的事情。 PATANJALI在《瑜伽经》中提出了瑜伽的八分支,也可以理解为瑜伽修习的八个步骤:瑜伽的八支中有一项:Pratyahara – withdrawal of sense 只有学会如何放下多余的念想,放下不必要的思绪,专注内心,才可以达到更高的境界。 有的时候看YTT班上的同学能做到很厉害的体式,心里总是很沮丧,觉得自己很弱,但是瑜伽反过来其实是教会了我们放下这种消极心态,专注自己,专注练习,专注每一次呼吸, 总有一天,什么都有可能。瑜伽练习的路上,耐心是我们最好的朋友。 再进一步想,其实做不到某些体式并不是我们的弱点,不耐心才是我们最大的弱点。 同样在瑜伽的八支中,ASANA体式练习,只是其中一项,其他7项内容其实同等重要。所以瑜伽并不是能做多高级的体式,而是练习所有的八支。 所以继续加油吧 Rongrong 2017.09 Weekend YTT
