Time flies by so fast. This is 7th week of my YTT journey, this week we are focusing on inversion, Pincha Mayurasana & Handstand.
Yoga inversions can be intimidating even with the support of the wall. It’s requires physical strength in your arms and core, mentally prepared to balance with your feet off the ground, and fall safety.
Want to free yourself from fear of inversions ? Yay.. go to Sentosa and jump off from 15m high building and join the ropes/ obstacle adventure course. You will grow stronger and fearless after this.
Hmmm… i think it will help to unblock your throat chakra too, if you scream like me ……………… Arhhhhhhhhhhhhh……
