My Insight on Chakras
These wheels of color all help our energy correspond with one another, creating harmony when all activated in a healthy lifestyle physically and mentally. If one Chakra is not connected, say if we have a sore throat affecting the Vishuddah, this creates a blockage meaning that our chakras are not all aligned. This can leave the body feeling out of sync, which is why its important to stay connected to your spiritual and emotional balance, bringing awareness back to all 7 points of Chakras.
Number 1 Chakra: The Muladhara is stability, being secure and the bodies mental and physical basic needs. It helps the first three vertebrae, the colon and the bladder. When this Chakra is awake and active we feel a sense of feeling safe and no fear.
Number 2 Chakra: The Syadhisthana is the sexual center. It is above our pubic bone just below the belly button and is the reason for our creative expression towards life.
Number 3 Chakra: The Manipura (lustrous gem) is the area in between the belly button and the bone below the breast. This is our energy bank for personal power.
Number 4 Chakra: The connection between matter and spirit. This is located right in the hearts center. Anahata is in the middle of the seven points of Chakras, connecting the lower and upper Chakras. This brings us love and passion.
Number 5 Chakra: The Vishuddha is located in the bodies throat. This brings us verbal expression and to speak honest truth. This Chakra also includes the mouth, tongue, jaw, neck, thyroid and parathyroid glands.
Number 6 Chakra: The Aina (third eye) is centered between our eyebrows. Its our center of intuition. We listen to this Chakra is it can help us listen to the bodies warnings.
Number 7 Chakra: The Sahaswara also known as the thousand petal lotus is located at the top of our head. This connects us spiritualy and highers ourself with others. This is like our own bodies crown.
