BEING PREGNANT IS NO EASY FEAT – I have new found respect for mothers who still practise yoga or do any form of exercise while carrying another human being in their bellies. While it was highly entertaining watching the guys walk around with bellies, it was really quite a shock to my system realising how tired and uncomfortable I felt just wearing the fake belly. It was also a great reminder that it’s so important to stay active so that when the day comes that I actually become pregnant, my body will be more than equipped to handle the drastic changes that will happen.

Not looking forward to morning sickness though.
