2nd week of YTT

Second week has gone by so quickly. My body is still getting used to intense training. It’s so sore but it’s definitely getting stronger day by day. I managed to come up to a headstand with feet on mirror for the first time. I have only started Yoga back in August last year, though my yoga journey is short, my physical practice has significantly deepened by the end of the second week. I always have to remind myself that Yoga is a journey and the fancy asanas is not the destination when i get discouraged during the practice. I hope by the end of the YTT, I will be even stronger physically and spiritually, so I can impart what I’ve learnt from the course to my future students, and hopefully make a positive impact on their lives.
