One limb under yoga called Niyama- santosha which is contentment to yourself.
People in the class like to compare to each other. However, it’s not about being good at something,it’s about being good to your self.
To understand your strength and weakness and work on it makes you feel more happier.
Try to practice consistently and I find some poses used unable to achieve become easy. This is the biggest improvement.
Train my mind to see something good in everything.
Yoga is not about touching your toes,it is what you learn on the way down.
