Besides learning yoga, I learned about the muscle body structure from upper body to back body. Those muscles name are very scientific and I need go translate to understand what it is. And those wording pronunciation is hard for me but I tried to say it. Now only realise that every muscles on my body also got a name for it. If I didn’t get into this class, I would not know the name of those muscles.
