I manage to fly today. I have been working on eka pada koundinyasana for almost a year now, and I have never been able to fly.

 

I have worked on options like trying to jump, thinking somehow it will help me to engage my core.

 

With Jessica’s instructions, I was able to fly and realized it didn’t take as much as I thought it would. I am so grateful for this moment J J
