This is the first time I’m really in a yoga class that using English to learn. Nervous to be in it as my English is not good. I’m lucky that get help from my instructor and my lovely classmates. When I can’t catch up theory part, they willing to give me a hand to complete it. It’s nice to meet up with these people and my English and knowledge had get improvement on it.
