Feeling nervous and unconfident by teaching yoga using English. It need to memorise step by step for every pose and need to plan. Before the night for teaching, I insomnia for it due to nervous so I use bahmari pranayama to get some sleep. When I’m on field, I did a lot of mistake and always forgotten steps by teaching. After the presentation, my instructor and classmates do helps me a lot to get improvement and always encourage me. Day by day, my teaching had been way better than the first time.
