One of the YTT requirement is to conduct 3 lessons to teach your friends just like real class.
Theory finally comes to real life practice. I am a little nervous as describe the asana terms, adjusting student plus remember the sequence.
During the class, you need to drive student’s attention and to have eye contact engage the students.
It is important to practice your own sequencing before the class to make sure it flows and good way to memorise.
Thanks so much for Jessica that she let me conduct both English and mandarin class, through the each time teaching I find my improvements and gain more confidence.
