Lesson — 4 Paths Of Yoga

Flipping through my notes this evening and found my messy scribbles on an exercise regarding 4 ‘main’ paths of Yoga. So which yoga path do I see myself heading? Here’s what I wrote:

1 Seek peace in my mind, body and surrounding.
2 To be mindful of my words, my actions, my behaviour and my intentions.
3 Learn to be empathetic (compassionate).
