On the lesson learning yoga, I get know about different people got different personality and through eating habits can be get better personality. Such as I’m Vata which is contain air and space element. To decrease the vata imbalance, I need to take more natural sweet, sour, and salty in taste. So I apply in my daily diet and it really keeps my healthy and mental get stronger.
