Michelle, found out about Yoga through Sara Wee's Instagram and has been a practitioner of The Yoga Mandala since November 2014.

She attributes her dedication & commitment to yoga to a very dramatic first day of class where she was bitten by a stray dog on her way to class.

Michelle loves to volleyball, jogging and HIIT and occasionally runs marathons with her family for bonding. Yoga has helped her find work life balance, self-love and appreciation of quiet time. She decided to embark on teaching to share her passion & love in yoga.

Her class will focus on helping you to build strength and improve your flexibility. She loves to incorporate Yin yoga to increase flexibility as well as focus on core activation during the flow.

凯西是来自旧金山,开始弯曲,扭转,在很小的时候就翻转,做体操十二年成长起来,在大学执教了。虽然他失去了联系,大学毕业后的运动,他的身体意识,灵活性和功能性力量的激情找到了瑜伽一个新的家时,他被介绍到它在2014年搬到新加坡在2015年后,他决定把他的做法一个新的水平,并成为合格的教师。凯西喜欢通过注入体操调节到他的班混为一谈,所以这让你移动和挑战你的核心课程做好准备。

Rachel has been running and playing rugby a lot before discovering yoga. She has been practicing yoga for 3 years and loves how much of a cardio workout it too can be. She also loves that the practice is always interesting and she can always find new ways to challenge her mind and body to achieve greater heights.

After injuring his shoulder doing sports and during a career as a regular in the army, Jarratt turned to yoga to aid with pain relief, injury prevention and fell in love with it. Being a certified crossfit instructor and passionate about movement, his classes are filled with functional movement patterns, animal locomotions and mobility drills.

Leonard started dancing at the age of 6 and forged an instant connection with movement. Driven by this passion, he began as a competitive latin dancer and studied Ballet, Contemporary and Hip Hop dance in Secondary School to College for 8 years. He then turned to teaching dance at 15 and concurrently became a certified personal trainer. This knowledge in movement serves as the foundation of his teaching. Most recently completing his Acro and Ashtanga Yoga certification, Leonard understands that everyone has a different style of learning. With his witty and rambunctious style, he facilitates classes in a fashion that allows exploration with trust, connection and safety for all levels of experience.

Janice Yue

Teaches: Vinyasa Saturday 11am

Janice stumbled upon yoga 3 years ago when she was looking for some exercise to supplement her busy work life. She signed up for a month long yoga trial and slowly found that she had fallen in love with the practice. It motivated her to keep returning to the mat and also finishing her yoga teacher training certification. She loves how yoga is like a moving meditation and particularly enjoys strong vinyasa classes as it makes her feel creative, energized, fluid yet challenged.

Janice's vinyasa class is a beginner/intermediate class focused on linking asanas fluidly with breath. Movements will work the entire body and there may be some fun arm balances thrown in. One can be sure to be strengthened and energized by the practice
